Mailout in China

Looking for someone within China to take delivery of some music scores from a Chinese printer [ already sitting waiting], and with research skills, compile a list of high end secondary schools and colleges throughout China with Western style orchestras, and as a marketing venture, send a complete music score to each as a free gift from Scottish composer. Total number of scores is 800, just a couple of large boxes. So this is quite a physical job, packaging individual scores, and mailing out with a covering note written in Chinese.
