Help me call my shipping agent in China and translate what information I need from English to Chinese and vice versa

I need urgent help in explaining to my chinese shipping agent what is required. He does not understand English so we are unable to communicate. I need someone who is locally present in China and who can speak Chinese and English so he can understand my question and then ask the agent and translate to me what he says again. This would be a 5 minute Call .
