Annotated Bibliography for sources on development issues in south africa

I need an annotated bibliography on a series of sources. I have already done 5 of 20 in total, which can serve as a reference. Each source should have an annotation that is about a paragraph in length. An exact manual is attached. The scientific sources are already listed and formatted, you just need to get an overview of each source and do the paragraph as described in the manual. The sources should be accessible online, feel free to use other sources if they are applicable to the topic and context.
