Bengali Female Telecaller Wanted

I run ALERTRIX, a growing CCTV installation and 24×7 live–monitoring company, and I’m expanding our inside-sales team with a dedicated female telecaller who can speak fluent Bengali. Your day will revolve around calling pre-vetted numbers, introducing our CCTV packages, and turning warm interest into scheduled appointments for our field engineers.
What I count on most is smooth, friendly communication; if you already have telecalling experience, you’ll feel right at home with our script and CRM. Work is fully remote by default, though occasional office visits are welcome if you prefer. A reliable smartphone or computer, stable internet, and a quiet workspace are all you need.
Typical flow
• Make outbound calls, present the service, and note objections.
• Log every interaction in our shared sheet so the pipeline stays transparent.
• Follow up on promising leads until a meeting date is fixed.
• Hand over appointment details to the on-site team and mark the lead stage.
To support you, I provide:
• Simple call templates in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
• Fixed monthly pay plus healthy incentives for each confirmed meeting.
• Real-time WhatsApp support for product or technical questions.
