Ukraine Interviewer - Virtual Opportunity

Do you have what it takes to be a good interviewer? This opportunity will be responsible for interviewing financial assistance applicants.
The interviewer will work in a team to review the application, conduct the interview, clarify data, investigate, and assess the potential case.
Responsibilities:
Understand the requirements and process of candidates selection;
Plan and prepare for the interview;
Take and keep notes on the interviews;
Schedule interviews and keep them to 15-20 minutes or less.
Submit reports as soon as interview is complete to the team.
Must Have:
Access to the internet - Viber or Facebook account
Be able to speak Ukrainian and Russian
Google Drive
Be able to work during hours in Ukraine
A perfect candidate needs to:
have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
have good organizational skills and the ability to manage a variety of tasks;
be objective;
be ready to deal with a diverse range of people;
be persistent, but lead a conversation, not an interrogation;
be self-aware of judgments you place upon candidates;
possess the ability to deal with information in a confidential manner and respond with sensitivity.
