ATS-Optimized Resume Rewrite for Customer Service & Account Management

I'm seeking a professional resume writer to overhaul my resume for optimal performance in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). The focus will be on roles in Customer Service and Account Management, with somewhat equal emphasis on both areas.
What I Need:
- Expert-level resume rewriting and optimization
- Identification and refinement of key skills, achievements, and experiences
- Application of best resume writing practices

- I have 2 versions of my resume, one that I have been using (Todd Murat Customer Success Specialist Resume) and created another (MONSTER Resume) that lists more skills, experience, tasks, and quantifiable achievements. The MONSTER resume would be used for reference in helping to determine the best ones to include in bullet points. If I need something that is not present in my existing resume(s), I would like someone to help identify these things and help integrate them into the process.
