I’m looking for a highly organized Personal Assistant who is a native English speaker and has basic familiarity with web, mobile, or AI-related products. This is not a developer role and no coding is required, but some exposure to software or tech projects will help with communication and coordination.
Responsibilities
Manage emails, messages, and scheduling
Write and edit clear, professional English communication
Coordinate tasks, reminders, and follow-ups
Assist with research and documentation
Help communicate requirements or feedback between teams
Support daily personal and business operations
Requirements
Native-level English (spoken and written)
Strong organization and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Basic understanding of web, mobile, or AI products (terminology, workflows, or concepts)
No coding or development work required
