UHRS content qualification test

My project is a Universal Human Relevant System (UHRS) content qualification test. This task requires good learning ability and comprehension on the subject matter in order to successfully complete it. In particular, this project aims to test the qualifications of the person completing the task. It will require more than 7 hours to complete, and upon completion, results should verify accuracy of the test. This is an opportunity to demonstrate knowledge and special qualifications on the subject. I'm looking for someone who is highly motivated and detail-oriented, who can deliver the test results accurately and on time.
