We are seeking 2 Chinese-speaking VA / recruiter to help us source ride-hailing industry practitioners in China for a research project.
We are ONLY targeting professionals from:
- Ride-hailing brands: T3出行, 嘀嗒出行, 同程, 阳光出行
- Aggregator platforms: 百度, 腾讯, 美团, 携程
【Roles】
Experience in agent management, channel operations, or driver operations management (title not important, responsibilities are).
【Open spots】
- 1 from brand company
- 1 from aggregator platform
First come, first served.
【Your task】
1. Search for candidates via LinkedIn, WeChat, industry networks
2. Verify their background and secure consent
3. Provide details: Name, Company, Position, Duties, Experience
【Payment】
- $50 USD per recruited person. 2 person totaling $100.
- Pay on the next day of interview.

- Duration: 1 hour
- Format: phone/WeChat audio
- Limited slots: only 2 in total
