We’re looking for a freelance bilingual recruiter (English B2–C1) to support us in hiring sales agents for an international contact center operation.
Key responsibilities:
Sourcing and shortlisting candidates with sales experience in contact centers
Validating English proficiency
Applying role plays to assess sales potential and communication skills
Coordinating and tracking candidate progress throughout the recruitment pipeline
Requirements:
English level: B2–C1 (spoken and written)
Availability to work in Colombian time (GMT-5)
Experience recruiting for contact centers, especially bilingual sales agents
Confidence conducting interviews and role play evaluations
* 100% Remote – must be available during Colombian business hours
* Project-based or hourly rate (to be defined)
