Expert Developer for UAV Simulation

I'm seeking an experienced developer for a high-level UAV simulation project using PX4, Gazebo Harmonic, and QGroundControl.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in Python-based mission scripting (no ROS).
- Needs to support:
- Autonomous navigation
- Data collection
- Obstacle avoidance
- Expertise in integrating computer vision with YOLOv8.
- Skilled in MAVSDK/MAVLink messaging.
Preferred Skills:
- Custom UAV modeling.
- Create detailed models
- Modify existing models
- Add custom sensors
- Gazebo world creation.
- GPU-accelerated inference pipelines.
Project involves:
- Simulation-first approach
- Future transition to Hardware-in-the-Loop (HITL)
Experience in UAV autonomy, perception, or SITL environments is a plus.
