I'm looking for a person who is perfect in English, could look for possible grammar flaws in the document, can check for sentence structure, flow, and could edit out the places where it doesn't sound like a native English speaker.
The best fit for this job could be a person who has never flunked any English exams. On top of that is a straight A+ student in the AP English exam.
Now, you might have understood that I'm looking for a person (preferably with an American Dialect) who is fluent in English, has a strong grasp of the language.
