Word count reduction, editing, and proofreading

Hi, I need a native English speaker who can reduce word count edit and proofread. The project is currently 12 pages (font Arial, size 11 and 1.0 line spacing). However, the 12 pages would need to be reduced to 11 pages without losing the main points. The project is in relation to health/skin care product development.

Please note that the whole document need to be proofread and edited and not just reduce word count from first 5 pages and deliver the who document as completed.
