Transcribe Notes into SRT Format
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have a set of handwritten notes that I need converted into clean, accurate text for an ongoing research project. In addition to the plain transcript, I also want the content formatted as an SRT subtitle file so I can time-sync the material later with separate audiovisual assets.
Accuracy is critical—please preserve terminology, abbreviations, and any emphases that appear in the original handwriting, but correct obvious spelling errors. The final hand-off should include:
• A proof-read, paragraph-structured transcript (DOCX or Google Doc)
• A matching SRT file with sequential numbering, timecode placeholders, and the corresponding text blocks
If you have experience deciphering varied handwriting styles and producing SRT files, I’d love to see a brief sample of similar work. Turnaround within a few days would be ideal, but let me know what timeline you can commit to.
