• Final delivery as an editable Microsoft Word document (or Google Docs if you prefer).
• Consistent formatting throughout: standard font, clear paragraph breaks, and page numbering.
• Spot-check for obvious spelling errors or unclear handwriting and flag anything that’s uncertain.

If you use tools like OCR, that’s fine, but manual review must ensure 100 % accuracy.
