Student Assistant - Proofreader

Description:

Assist in proofreading educational publications for the Digital Education team.
Proof educational fact sheets, booklets, and manuscripts
Review publications for spelling, grammar, and style errors
Suggest edits and corrections to publications
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Undergraduate student preferred, with a declared major in communications, journalism, or other related field
Knowledge of style guides such as AP, APA, and Chicago
Good written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of editing for publication preferred
