Proofreading a 15k word English document and "reshaping / restyling" the word document.

I am looking for an experienced proofreader / editor to review and "reshape / restyle" a 15k word business document written in English. The purpose of this document is for a business-related project. However it is not a too technical language. Check Grammar, Syntax, that words, paragraphs or sentences are not repeated and phrases are understood, correct and business language alike.
You need also to edit, restyle / redesign the document so to adjust pictures, paragraphs, paragraphs, etc. "reshape/restyle" the document for improved clarity and flow (in word doc).

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English spelling and grammar (American or British)
- VERY STRONG ATTENTION to detail and ability to identify and correct errors
- Familiarity with business terminology and writing style
- Ability to "reshape" the document for improved clarity and flow
