Proofreading 10-50-page PDF Document

I am in need of a meticulous and experienced proofreader to work on a 10-50-page PDF document. The proofing changes required are at a small-scale that will consist of:
- Grammar correction
- Spelling correction
- Punctuation correction

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with PDF documents as the source file will be provided in this format. There will be no requirement of using any external software, just a keen eye for detail and the ability to make subtle, yet necessary changes.

I'm looking for someone who is a native English speaker with excellent language skills and a strong background in proofreading. Please share relevant experience in your proposal.
