Seeking a meticulous proofreader who can ensure that the transcripts that we have already completed for our recorded podcasts have 100 percent accuracy. Our podcast is related to equity investing.
One has to have excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, as well as an eye to catch the minutest of mistakes.
Detail understanding :
We record Investing related Podcasts with Guests and the podcasts are transcribed internally by the use of software and manual process. The accuracy of transcripts is very high but still not 100 percent and hence we are looking for a proofreader for that last mile check.
Important to note that we don't want to alter the speaker’s original structure of conversation but want to make the transcript with proper grammar, punctuation etc without altering the structure of the sentence at all. ( Kind of like Subtitles for a movie)
Focus on checking punctuation, any missing terms, spelling mistakes, financial terms that are often mistaken by transcriptionists and grammar that won't affect the speaker's intended message.
Ensure consistency in formatting, style, and tone throughout the document and also check the speaker’s name is correctly mentioned in the document.
Confirming that all references and citations are accurate and properly formatted to improve the overall quality of the document.

As this is not transcription work but last mile proofreading, the budget per podcast episode is INR 601-901. An episode is around 75-100 Minutes and the transcript is around 20-25 pages.
