Proofreading 3 documents translated from Spanish Peru into Italian (documents issued by Peruvian government offices)

I need the bilingual proofreading of 3 documents (1500 word approx) in order to check for proper grammar, terminology and phraseology from Spanish (Peru) into Italian. The documents are short but they include some names of the Peruvian government agencies I need to double check for a proper equivalent into the Italian system. They include: power of attorney, certificate of unmarried and a property registration. The documents shall be proofread with track changes and if something if found in duplicate shall be changed throughout the document in order to be coherent. I need a native Italian proofreader.
