Proofread ~700 words and create an audio recording of the text

I need someone to proofread around 700 words and create an audio recording of the text. The recording will be used for a short video. You should have a pleasant voice and a recording device that can record high-quality audio (sufficient enough for vlogging). 

The first draft should already be quite ok. It serves just to help to record the audio. I need a text that is easy to follow to anyone listening.

I need it on short notice; I can share the file by around 23:00 Amsterdam time tonight and need the audio recording around 19:00 tomorrow night Amsterdam time.
