Proofread a medical document for grammar errors, spelling, paragraph formation, and sentence structure. Document was written by a non-English speaker. The medical information contained in the document does not have to be substantiated. Document is 14 total pages with the last three being a table of information. Specific errors in the document have already been noted and will be provided to the selected editor.
