Proofread Children’s ESL Materials
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We need a sharp-eyed proofreader, educated in the British system, to give our EdTech learning content a final polish. The materials are designed for young ESL learners, so every sentence must read naturally in British English while remaining clear and age-appropriate.
Here’s what you’ll be reviewing:
• Google slides or Slides.com presentations, activity-books
• All files live in Google Docs or Slides.com, ready for “Suggesting” mode so we can see every change you make
Your brief:
– British educated
– Higher education specifically in English
– Fix spelling, punctuation and grammar in British English
– Flag any wording that could confuse a child who is still mastering English
Deliverables:
1. Clean, error-free versions of each document (with tracked changes left visible)
2. A short summary of recurring issues you spot
If you’re fast, meticulous and comfortable working directly in Google Drive, I’d love to send over a small sample first and then move on to batches of lessons.
