Personal Document Chinese Translation

I need a precise, human-quality translation of several small personal files—think a CV, a personal statement, a couple of homework assignments, plus one short audio clip that first has to be transcribed—between English and Chinese. Altogether the material adds up to no more than ten pages of text.
Accuracy and tone matter: the CV must keep its clean, professional layout; the personal statement should read naturally to a native speaker; the homework text must preserve any academic terminology; and the audio transcription has to capture every spoken nuance before it is rendered in the target language.
Here is what I will look for in the hand-off:
• Word or Google-doc versions of each text, with the source layout mirrored as closely as possible.
• A time-stamped transcript of the audio segment followed by its translation.
