Need Great Proofreader

Looking for Proofreader / Editor to review grammar, other clarity issues for employee handbook. Open to beginners. If you're good at basic formatting, that would be a bonus, but the main focus is grammar, flow, and there are specific rules you'll need to follow. Need at least one or 2 people who can work with a great team. Editing experience a plus!
