NEED PROOFREADER having editing knowledge and who can change write up by modifying the scripts

I am in need of a reliable and knowledgeable proofreader to help with editing a website content. I expect the candidate to include detailed project proposals in their application, as well as previous work and/or experience preferably in proofreading. The level of editing required is proofreading which involves ensuring the final document is accurate, grammar-free and contains no typos. The ideal freelancer should also be capable of modifying scripts and changing words in order to improve the document.
