We are seeking a skilled and reliable virtual assistant with advanced proficiency in the paid version of ChatGPT (GPT-5 or later) to assist in translating a 3,445-word document from English into Swahili. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has strong Microsoft Word formatting skills, and understands legal terminology and linguistic nuance in both languages. This role may lead to long-term collaboration based on performance.

The assistant will use ChatGPT (paid version only) to support the translation and conduct thorough manual proofreading to ensure accuracy, tone, and correctness, while replicating the original document’s formatting, including headers, tables, footnotes, and legal layout.
