Please include any light editing you normally do to remove filler words or repeated phrases, but keep the meaning intact. If you use tools such as Express Scribe, Otter.ai, or Aegisub to speed up the process, that’s fine—just be sure the final copy is carefully proof-checked by you, not the software.
I’m flexible on the delivery format. A simple text document is perfect, though a PDF or spreadsheet version is also welcome if it helps you preserve timestamps or speaker labels.
