Configure bluetooh printer ( from China) on Window 10

I 'm looking for someone able to configure a portable thermal printer.
This printer comes from China . I have tried many time to configure the printer via bluetooh, but without success ( the instruction are not clear an often they are in Chinese language. Reading selftest print, the printer's name is 'M58-LL Thermal Printer' version M58.C-Z05-AA (16-Apr-2020).
