OKR Certification for Team Leadership

In effort to increase organizational alignment, I need an expert who can implement an OKR certification program with a focus on Management and Leadership sectors. The ideal candidate should have:
- A strong background in OKR certification process and proven examples of successful implementation
- A deep understanding of the management and leadership sectors
- The ability to tailor the program to actively engage team leads, who are identified as the primary participants
Your responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing a customized OKR certification program
- Providing training to our team leads to enhance their understanding and application of OKRs
- Ensuring the new certification process aligns with our overall organizational goals and objectives
Prior experience in facilitating OKR certification programs and excellent communication skills will give you a competitive edge for this project.
