I have between four and six general-purpose documents in English that I need rendered accurately into Portuguese, Latvian, Lithuanian and Russian. The originals are straightforward prose—no legal clauses or highly technical terminology—so the focus is on conveying meaning naturally and preserving the existing layout.

Please translate each file in full, mirror the original formatting where practical, and return clean, proofread copies ready for immediate use. If you work with CAT tools or glossaries to keep terminology consistent, mention that in your bid; it will give me confidence in the end quality. I will supply the source documents as soon as we agree to proceed and would appreciate an estimated turnaround time for all language versions delivered.
