Create SRT files in Brazilian Portuguese & Sth American Spanish for closed captions

I will have less than 4 minutes duration video in mp4 format. The videos are in English and I have translations of the dialogue in Brazilian Portuguese and South American Spanish.

I would like someone in each language to produce the SRT files from the translation provided synced to the appropriate place on each video for the person speaking.
