Native Portuguese speaker wanted

We’re an e-commerce company based in Dubai and we’re looking for a native Portuguese speaker. Male and Female.

This is the job
We create videos of a product and we’re working out a script for the video. The script will be a voice over for this video. Your task is made of two components:

1. Proofread the script (Does is sound natural in Portuguese? Because we will translate it with a tool.) If not, rewrite the script.
2. Audio-record yourself reading the script. No video needed, only audio.

You don’t need any recording equipment, you can just use your phone. For example iPhones have a memo-app. If you have a microphone it would be better, but it’s not mandatory.

You don’t have to be a professional voice over actor, because we want to capture the „naturalness“ of your voice. Most scripts will be a product review, so it should sound like you’re an actual customer. You will also get a video with an English voice over as reference.

On script takes 1 to 2 minutes to read, so the texts are short and can usually be done in one take.

This is an ongoing task, because we need several voice overs per month. Therefore, we prefer to agree on a fixed price, based on the number of words in the script.
