Some SIMPLE corrections to several sites (mostly PHP)

email signature: In the backoffice (done in PHP) add the function to update a banner of the email signature as well as the link, without having to change the HTML used in the emails.

on the mobile version some mail info doesn't show
on the mobile version some text doesn't show on the bullet option

reduce pop-up size (to show more of the website in the back)
Include button to close pop-up on top right corner
change the aspect of the newsletter
- change the color of the button "subscrever" to color #ad0830
- Remove the left text ("subscreva a newsletter...")
- Center the email field, with the text "declaro abaixo..." next and the subscribe button in the end
