Transcribe Blurry Printed Memo

I have 2 blurry photos of a personal memo (about 25 words) written in English in blue ink with a printed-style hand. The image is blurry and there is red text from the other side of the paper bleeding through. I need a clear transcription that captures every legible word and marks any uncertain sections with brackets and a question mark, e.g., “[?]”.
You may choose whichever technique works best for you—basic image-sharpening in Photoshop, AI upscaling, or simply a good eye—but the final result should be an accurate text version of the letter. Please return:
• A clean transcription in a .docx or .txt file.
• A copy of the photo with any areas you could not verify highlighted, if uncertainties remain.
