Highly Experienced Chinese Nutrition Fact Label Consultant

We're in need of a robust, professionally built website that caters specifically to small businesses, food manufacturers, and nutritionists. This specialized platform will function not only as a comprehensive Ingredient database but also as a recipe analysis tool for our Chinese users.

Main Features Required:

- Nutritional Database: A comprehensive library of ingredients and their nutritional values is crucial for effective operation. Previous experience building or consulting, specifically Chinese Nutrition Facts label and ingredient databases, is a must.

- Ingredient Databases: Must provide Chinese Ingredient Databases and other relevant files/attachments - Identify ingredient databases/and other pertinent files for usage in our SQL Database by our in-house software engineers

- Recipe Analysis: The ability to break down Chinese nutritional content into their constituent parts and analyze and present information in an easily digestible way. A background in developing similar functionalities is preferred.

- Customizable Labels: A key feature of this project is the ability to generate fully customizable nutritional labels. Users should have the capacity to experiment with colors, fonts, and layouts, as well as integrate logos and create their unique labels according to Chinese nutrition regulations. Significant experience with user interface designs and customization options is required.

Ideal candidates would have prior experience in building similar Ingredient analysis software/tools, have an understanding of data structures, especially in Chinese nutritional content, and would be exceptional at updated nutrition regulations, allergens, Nutrition Facts label specifications as stipulated by Chinese food regulatory authorities. The winning bid will offer a seamless blend of these elements, ensuring that users can provide the most accurate, customized nutrition labels for their clients.
