Transcribe Handwritten PhD Notes
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need to turn my professor’s handwritten PhD notes into a clean, editable Word document. The notebook runs somewhere between 11 and 50 pages and mixes dense explanations with standard mathematical and physics notation.
Here’s what the job involves:
• Re-typing every word, formula and symbol into Microsoft Word, using the built-in Equation Editor (or equivalent) so the maths looks professional and is still fully editable.
• Preserving the original ordering of sections, headings and any emphasis the handwriting makes clear, while following normal academic layout conventions (equations centred, variables italicised, etc.).
• Supplying the finished file in .docx format only—no PDFs—so I can revise it later.
A fast turnaround is important; let me know how quickly you can deliver once you see the scans. If anything is illegible I’ll clarify promptly. Accuracy in symbols and subscripts is critical, but otherwise the task is straight transcription.
