Chinese–English Flashcards Translation & Layout

Job ID: 39826879

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I have a PDF with 120 short phrases that must become a printable bilingual flashcard set for secondary-level learners (about ages 14-18). Each phrase will be turned into its own card, laid out four to a single 8 × 12 inch page in Microsoft Word, using only standard fonts.

Front of each card
• First line: the full phrase in Chinese characters
• Subsequent lines: stroke-order diagrams for every character, large and clear enough for handwriting practice

Back of each card
• Pinyin transcription of the full phrase
• An English meaning for the whole phrase
• A per-character breakdown: character, matching pinyin, and individual English meaning. Each character’s information must keep a consistent colour, while different characters within the same phrase use different colours so students can match them instantly.

Please keep spacing identical across cards so double-sided printing lines up, and supply the finished Word file along with any linked stroke-order images you create or source. Final output should be press-ready: 30 pages (fronts and backs), margins set for borderless printing, and no font licensing issues.

I’ll provide the original PDF and will review every card for translation accuracy, correct stroke order, colour consistency and clean alignment before sign-off.
