I need clear, accurate transcription of radiology dictations that I will upload directly to the platform. The audio varies in length and accent, so familiarity with medical terminology—especially findings, impressions, and measurements common to CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound reports—is essential.
Finished documents are required in Microsoft Word, laid out in the standard radiology format (Header, Clinical History, Technique, Findings, Impression). Consistent templates, correct patient identifiers, and proper punctuation matter as much as raw accuracy; the goal is a polished report that can be dropped straight into our RIS without extra editing.
Turnaround is typically 24 hours or sooner. Confidentiality and HIPAA-compliant handling of all files go without saying.
Deliverables:
• One Word document per audio file, named to match the dictation ID
• 99 % accuracy or higher, verified against spot checks
• Any inaudible sections flagged with timestamps
