Medical Report Translation Portuguese-English

I have several Portuguese medical research study reports that must be rendered into clear, publication-ready English. Accuracy is critical: every clinical term, statistical result, and reference needs to carry over without loss of meaning. Tone should remain formal and scientific, matching the original style so the translated reports can be shared with international colleagues and, eventually, peer-reviewed journals.

Please work directly from the Portuguese source files (PDF and Word). Return each report as a fully translated Word document, keeping tables, figures, and footnotes in their original positions. A short translator’s note flagging any ambiguous phrases will be appreciated.
