Translate Marketing PDF to Chinese
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I have several English-language marketing pieces in PDF format that need to be rendered into accurate, professional Chinese. The goal is to keep the authoritative tone of the originals while ensuring the message resonates with a Chinese-speaking audience.
The source files are PDFs, so please be comfortable extracting text, translating, and then returning the copy in a way that lets my design team drop it back into the same layout without re-typing. Marketing nuance is important here; slogans, calls-to-action, and product descriptions must sound natural yet formal, never overly casual.
Please let me know:
• Your experience translating marketing or corporate collateral
• How you handle terminology consistency (glossaries, CAT tools, etc.)
• Turnaround time for roughly 3,500 words
Deliverables:
1. Final Chinese text in an editable file (Word or equivalent), paragraph-for-paragraph against the PDF
2. A clean PDF overlay, if practical, to show how the copy flows in context
3. Brief notes on any phrases that required interpretation choices
I will review for linguistic accuracy, tone alignment, and completeness before sign-off.
