Phonetization : X-SAMPA -- 2

We are looking for a team or vendor who are expertise in text phonetization.
The phonetization is in X-SAMPA which is one of the transcription schemes.

-Phonetization of a word is between / / followed by a part-of-speech category (noun/verb/adjective/verb etc. ) of that word.
-" in phonetization is for primary stress while % is for secondary stress.
-dot (.) is to mark for syllabification.
-There is a space after each Unigram character, but bigram characters like dZ do not space within it.
