Legal-Linguistic Professional for Localization and Document Automation in a CLM SaaS Platform

We are a leading company in Latin America in the CLM SaaS (Contract Lifecycle Management) segment, seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team. The main goal of this project is to ensure precise localization and efficient automation of legal documents and platform environments for Spanish-speaking markets, with an initial focus on Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina.
The ideal professional will have a solid legal background, mandatory fluency in Portuguese and Spanish and desirable fluency in English, along with a deep understanding of the local regulations and legislation of the mentioned Latin American countries. Technical ability and interest in working with document automation within a SaaS platform are essential.
Responsibilities include:
- Mastering the netLex system and the document automation process.
- Performing a complete translation of the platform environment from Portuguese into Spanish, adapting contractual nuances specific to each country (Colombia, Mexico, and Argentina as priorities).
- Translating and adapting legal templates directly within the platform, ensuring legal compliance and terminological clarity.
- Translating and adapting netLex’s internal processes for the new markets.
We are looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working autonomously to ensure delivery excellence and contribute to expanding our presence across Latin America.
