Italian Legal Document Translation

I have a set of legal documents that must be translated accurately into Italian while preserving every nuance of the original wording and formatting. Because the material is legally binding, flawless terminology, precise syntax, and complete consistency with the source text are non-negotiable.

The files include contracts and supporting annexes. I will share clean, clearly-scanned PDFs along with editable versions when available. Your task is to return fully translated versions that are ready for filing, complete with any required footnotes or translator’s notes where the source language contains culturally or jurisdiction-specific concepts.

Deliverables
• Final Italian translations in both Word and PDF formats
• A brief terminology sheet explaining key legal terms you standardised
• Proofread copies showing tracked changes, so I can review how each clause was handled

• Zero omissions or additions to the original meaning
• Consistent use of approved legal terminology across all documents
• Formatting that mirrors the source layout closely enough for side-by-side comparison
