Certified English-Italian Legal Translation
Budget: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 INR
I need a sworn, professional translation of a small set of English corporate-registration documents into Italian. The pack includes our Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, Certificate of Incorporation and two short shareholder resolutions—altogether fewer than 4,000 words. They use standard company-law wording rather than industry-specific jargon, but accuracy is critical because the papers will be filed with an Italian notary and the Chamber of Commerce.
You must be an officially certified Italian translator (court-registered, CTI, or equivalent) so that your stamp and statement of accuracy are accepted by Italian authorities. Experience with MOA/AOA wording, company constitutions and similar corporate instruments is essential. I am happy for you to work in Trados, MemoQ or another CAT environment as long as consistency is maintained and the final deliverable is a clean, signed PDF plus the editable file.
Deliverables
• Certified Italian translation of each document, stamped and signed
• Translator’s declaration of accuracy (in Italian) suitable for notarial use
• Clean, formatted PDF and the editable source (DOCX or equivalent)
