Chinese-speaking VA (Research & Outreach) – Recruit Ride-hailing Professionals in China ($50 per interviewee)

We are running a short-term paid research project on China’s ride-hailing industry.
We need 1–2 resourceful Chinese-speaking VAs to help us find and connect with qualified industry professionals for 1-hour phone interviews.

【 Payment】
$50 USD per confirmed interviewee (total 2 people = $100). Quick payment after each interview is completed.

【Target interviewees】
From the following 8 companies only:
- Ride-hailing brands: T3出行，嘀嗒出行，同程，阳光出行
- Aggregator platforms: 百度，腾讯，美团，携程

【Roles to target】
Professionals with experience in:
- Agent management
- Channel operations
- Driver operations management
(Exact job titles may vary — what matters is their responsibility in these areas.)

【 Your tasks as VA】
1. Search and identify qualified candidates (LinkedIn, WeChat, industry forums, networks).
2. Verify their background (Name, Company, Current Position, Responsibilities, Experience).
3. Confirm their consent for a 1-hour interview (we will conduct the interview).

【Skills required】
- Research & lead generation
- Strong communication in Chinese (Mandarin)
- Ability to quickly connect with niche professionals
