Simple Assignment in core .NET

I am looking for a skilled .NET developer. Ideal candidates should have +/-3 years of experience (Due to budget constraints) in web application development and API integration. Quality cannot be sacrificed.
Replicate the Javascript code (already published on GitHub) into core .NET with the same file structure & coding pattern. We'll share a project we've tried before (Maybe it won't work). That may help reduce development efforts.
