I'm seeking a Kyoto-based Japanese speaker to help me find off-market real estate machiya (built 1950 and older) listings. You should be fluent in Japanese and adept at building relationships. Be able to communicate in English but doesn't have to be fluent in English.

Key Tasks:
- Visit local real estate offices
- Build relationships with agents
- Gather off-market listings
- View properties personally
- Have strong local area knowledge
