Online and Phone Sales Support in the Italian language in travel industry

MountVacation is an international reservation platform for holidays in the Alps.

We are increasing the number of sales agents to respond to our Italian clients (telephone, online chat, emails).

We are looking for freelancers that?
- are located in Italy (preferred but not a must in the region of Trentino Alto Adige or Veneto)
- speak and write fluently Italian
- are passionate about travel, ideally in the mountain travel

What will MountVacation offer you?

What do we expect from our collaborators?
- minimum of 6 hours of engagement per day (more is appreciated)
- fast, polite, and professional communication with the clients
- you possess your own computer, headset, quite environment, and good quality internet

What would be a bonus for freelancers on this application?
