Italy calabria help me find, buy a house

Hi
I live in Sweden, and want to buy a house in Italy (right now looking at Calabria region but could think outside of that). I need someone who can help me
* Understand the local regulations, who to speak to, how to proceed
* Scout what is available, check websites, call real-estate agents/brokers, travel around and look (since a lot is not listed on websites, or is only known because someone know someone who know someone)
* Go checkout houses to see if it could be of interest or not
* When I come help me around and check out the places that you and I find interesting (good to have a car or can lend one)
* Help me with the paperwork
* once purchased good if you can help me with what is after that; find handymans, builders, people who can renovate or whatever is needed.

I am currently looking at Amantea, Belmonte but have no problem expanding outside of that area.
It could be quiet a lot of hours help needed over time but a little here and there (so you can easily combine with other jobs, tasks, etc)
